Do you ship outside Mexico? Not yet. For now we only ship within Mexico.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic? Product materials are listed on each product page. If you have sensitive skin, look for pieces marked stainless steel.
What if my item arrives damaged or different from the photos? Write to us within 3 days of receiving it with a photo and your order number, and we'll replace it or refund you.
