FAQ

What is the return policy?

We want you to love your Alhajita pieces. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund you or send an exchange. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within 3 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our pieces are made by trusted manufacturing partners. We choose every design ourselves, and each order is checked, packed and shipped from Mexico City. If you have questions about the materials of a specific piece, they are listed on its product page.

How much does shipping cost?

We make things that work better and last longer. Our products solve real problems with clean design and honest materials.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
